Supervisor
Position Summary
Supervisors are leaders on the sales floor who are responsible for ensuring that associates provide exceptional customer service, while achieving sales goals. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, building sales associate skills, and increasing their product knowledge. Effective Supervisors maximize productivity and profitability by leading by example as well as properly delegating tasks to ensure all store needs are met daily. They must identify sales opportunities and set customer service standards. Inventory management, training, and leadership are additional aspects of the position. They must demonstrate knowledge of the store’s purpose and goals and have the skills to help associates achieve those goals.
