Responsibilities :

Provide excellent customer service, display expert product knowledge, and offer an unforgettable shopping experience.

Possess a strong drive, ambition, and passion for achievement of sales objectives.

Build the store business and brand awareness through Marketing and Social Media.

Hire, onboard and train new employees.

Oversee all aspects of Inventory Management.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Communicate professionally with customers, associates and corporate partners.

Support company and management initiatives and direction while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Prioritize tasks with an attention to detail while ensuring a customer first focus.

Maintain merchandise presentation and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail or service related industry.

Outgoing personality and ability to engage with others.

Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals as well as train employees to be effective sales people.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Strong personal leadership skills and desire to succeed.

Ability to deal with problem situations in a professional manner.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Schedule flexibility with the ability to work weekends and some holidays

Ability to move about in a store including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders and step stools, carrying, bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
