We are currently seeking a Sales Associate for the Cycle Dog Tavern and Dog Park, a unique and exciting establishment that combines a dog park, beer/wine bar, and retail store sales. Position: Sales Associate (Part-time, with potential for full-time)
Location: Cycle Dog Tavern and Dog Park
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and sales support across all areas of CycleDog, including CycleDog retail, CycleDog Tavern, and the CycleDog Dog Park.
Share the story of CycleDog, with a focus on our "Made Here" ethos.
Welcome and assist customers and their dogs, ensuring their needs are met.
Utilize Square Retail and Invoicing programs for transactions.
Monitor dogs in the run area, addressing any rule violations or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the retail space, bathrooms, bar, and dog park.
Merchandise and restock retail areas as needed.
Be flexible and willing to assist in other areas of Cycle Dog as required.
Answer phones, assist in other Cycle Dog departments, and help maintain a clean facility.
Conduct inventory management and support special events.
Shift Schedule:
Part-time position shifts needed 12-8 Friday & Saturday Sundays 11-7
Additional hours may be available based on business needs.
Requirements:
Retail experience and familiarity with sales practices.
Knowledge and experience working with dogs.
Possession of an OLCC servers permit.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Comfortable being on your feet, standing, and walking for 8 hours a day.
Adherence to appropriate dress code.
Must be comfortable interacting with dogs of all sizes and their owners.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to shift between tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time with commission
Salary: $18-$19 per hour (includes a base wage of $15 plus tips/commission, usually totaling $3-$4 per hour more)
