Warehouse Associate Overview
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate who is excited to grow with our company.
The Warehouse Associate supports our company’s warehouse operations. As our new Warehouse Associate, you would receive, input, sort, load and unload products and perform various other warehouse activities. You may also learn to operate foam cutting and CNC machines for highly detailed custom cutting of materials.

Responsibilities
Process, package and ship orders accurately
Organize stocks and maintain inventory
Inspect products for defects and damages
Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
Organize warehouse space
Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
Check, verify and fill customer invoices
Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
Operate large moving equipment such as forklifts
Work directly with production staff, sales team and clients as needed to ensure production needs are met
Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
Other Duties as Needed
Train as backup on proper use and maintenance of CNC machine and operate as needed
Train as backup on proper use and maintenance of foam-cutting machines and operate as needed
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
1+ years of relevant work experience
Reliable team player with organizational skills
Ability to lift or move heavy items
Proficient with MS Office
High school diploma
Desired Qualifications
Forklift experience
Knowledge of warehouse data systems
Experience with fabric, flooring, and RV, marine and/or automotive products
Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment safely
