We are a well-established adult entertainment venue seeking a professional and attentive Doorman to join our team. Our club prioritizes safety, respect, and a positive experience for both guests and staff. We are looking for someone who can uphold these standards with confidence, maturity, and discretion.
The right candidate:
-Will be required to provide a positive customer service experience while maintaining a safe environment for all guests.
-Will be required to verify all entering guest age / identification.
-Will be required to intervene in any and all altercations while keeping a professional attitude during the process.
-Will be required to provide security for the club property, management, staff and customers.
-Will be required to perform any opening/closing duties as required by management.
-Will be required to perform cash/credit card duties as required by management.
-Will be required to follow and enforce all rules at the direction of management.
-DPPST Certification preferred but will train the right person.
What gets you qualified:
-Must be at least 21 years old.
-Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
-Must be able to lift/push 50 lb.
-Must be able to bend and reach for objects.
-Must be reliable and punctual.
-Must be able to work in a team environment.
-Must be able to conduct oneself professionally.
-Must be able to multi-task.
-Must be able to professionally handle verbal &/or physical altercations.
-Must be able to work nights & weekends.
