Job Summary
We are seeking a Automotive Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about vehicles
- Assist customers in navigating the sales pipeline and making informed purchasing decisions
- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Proficiency in math for processing transactions and handling money
- Experience in automotive sales a plus or customer service is a must
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies a plus
