Bath Pro's NW is hiring for an outstanding proven record salesperson. Our goal is simple, to beautify tubs and shower here in the Portland, OR. metro area. Bath Pro's NW installs attractive, durable and maintenance-free acrylic bath and shower surrounds. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch.
Our Ideal Candidate:
The individual we are looking for is ready to start We have found that our customers want to buy our acrylic bathtub and shower systems but don’t want the high-pressure sales tactics. So, rather than a “pushy” salesperson, we believe in a healthy nudge approach, someone who asks the right questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers options for them to choose from and sign up the DEAL. Please Read - This is a 100% Sales Position and Not a base plus.

Schedule:
Available Monday through Saturday to run appointments at 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The usual schedule will be 5-6 days a week depending on how many leads are scheduled.
Sales Tools:
We have a beautiful showroom for potential clients to see 10 full size tub & shower displays. We provide All the sales equipment needed for in-house presentations.
Skills:
1 year sales experience in remodeling industry Bath remodeling experience a plus Professional appearance and demeanor. Reliable transportation Availability Customer Service experience Can do AttitudeCell Phone
Compensation:
First two weeks paid training in our office including online course and must pass successfully with our sales system certificate. This will start off as part time and will go full time at the first of the year.
Commission is 10% of net sale with income potentially starting at $8k min per month for a Rock Star salesperson. Please Read - This is a 100% Sales Position and Not a base plus.
Territory is a 40 miles radius from Vancouver, WA. though not all inclusive.
