Responsibilities
Outbound Tele-service calls
Tracking calls made
Following up on email and calls to prospects
Contributing toward individual and team goals
Play a key role in creating and maintaining Client satisfaction by promptly, professionally, and politely communicating with internal and external Clients, in-person and via telephone
Skills / Requirements
High School Diploma
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Calendar
Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Automotive Experience Preferred
Phone/call center experience preferred
