This post is searching for potential Precision Builders/Carpenters, Enthusiastic Promoters/Sales folks and people who have the Entrepreneurial Skill and Capital to scale up. Builders/Carpenters- A skilled carpenter who has minimal shop space and precision tools can easily build 20 per day on average. if he made $50 per unit they would be making $1k per day for labor only (minus his power bill, blades fasteners etc). At $1k a day you can eventually get a bigger shop and hire some help. Hoping to use former homeless/addicts or folks fresh out of prison and turn it into a "ministry" or a whole separategroup of stay at home moms or dads who can build 4 or 5 a day while kids are off to school and be there more for their kids when they get home. Our MIcro homes will be absolute"affordable housing" unlike any other with built in financing at 2-4% we will be literally shoring up lower to middleclass by the thousands. Think of the stories that will be talked about from the rooftops.
Promoters/Sales Consultants- This should be the Greatest and most fun product to show off and demonstrate! I sold over $148k at the NY State fair in Syacusewith 2mmfoot count traffic (13 day fair) and over $300k at the Western Washington Fair in Puyallup with 1.5mm foot traffic (25 day fair) I had fun pitching and meeting hundreds of the greatest people selling an average sleep system (average mattress on an adjustable frame) and knew the product that i developed would be massive hit w zero competition. Our day is here its now I will have a special video of the pitches i used during these events for ideas that you too can use and developyour own. I also worked a gun show for a good friend of mine who sold scopes. With our "Bunker Bed Frame" and our "Tyrannical Headboard System" we should also dominate these events as well. Because these bed frames are "homebuilt" (again by some of the greatest hard working moms and dads and ex cons) we will be massive hits at local farmers Markets which cost on average $20-30 bucks to be a vendor vs the $6-10K for a 10x10 footprint at a multi million foot count trafficked fair. Installers- You are the end product/sales cycle and thee most important! Your install and care to please the customer will generate future sales and future work. When it comes to removing the old box spring and bed frames and cleaning the filthy floors that have not seen light of day in maybe years will be wildly important in who we are and how we do things! The install of the bedframe is under 10 minutes so therewill be room to capture additional monies to custom mount the head board to the wall and provide whatever home services you wish however the liability of additional work cannot come back to bite you and us! please keep it to a minimal and make sure whatever "fix" you have done is robust and solid. YOu will need to carry the proper insurance and bond if your state requires. Tips additional work is all yours! Make the most you can and leave every customer raving fans! This will be your mission should you choose to accept it your white glove excellence will be the biggest feather in our cap!

You are the life giving blood of the whole operation- You need to be able to underwrite the investments required to make everyone a success. In fact your heart would be that your sales team is raking in the cash and setting them up for success. You will be finding the ultimate installers (hoping to use former military for this; who would not perform these tasks any better!? Their commitment to service unparalleled any other line of work except law enforcement. They too have understanding of laying it all on the line to defend, serve and protect). It's rallying the team when they may be down and you too may be down but know how to put on the face of encouragement when you yourself are struggling. These are the highs and lows of what we do. You have the end goal in sight and write checks when its hard staying committed to the process no matter what. I get it. My guess is you read the above requirements because its up to you to pull everyone together to build the Dream Team (pun intended!) I will be making a special video for you as well. This is a fun product super easy to build install in the homes will be under 30 minutes but massive room to capture more money for extra work located at the place of installs. My hope is the installers will be averaging $1k a day (minus expenses) zero competition from anyone and with all the Internet Mattrresses on the market place like Purple, Saatva, Tuft n Needle, Cocoon, Casper and even the staples like Tempurpedic and Sleep number!
