The Opportunity:

No prior experience is required – we provide full training and all the tools you need to succeed.
You must be eager to prospect, cold call, and close deals while representing our company professionally.
Requirements:
. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals.
. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
. Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
. Ability to prospect, cold call, and perform telemarketing
. Professional appearance and attitude
. Desire to succeed and grow in a career-focused role
. Use of a personal vehicle (auto allowance provided)
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary + commission structure Base salary: $44,000–$50,000/year depending on experience Unlimited commission potential
