Roof Master's Inc has been owned and operated by the same family for over 30 years. We are continually growing, and we have plenty of work to keep our employees busy. We do primarily residential roofing with some commercial. We do composition, metal, shake, and flat roof installation, repairs, and cleanings.

Your Skills
1) You are an active listener and have a high level of interpersonal skills.

3) You possess strong customer follow-up skills
4) You have 3+ years of proven sales success, or a combo of sales, construction, and/or roofing experience. Experienced roofing estimators are preferred.
5) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills.
6) Strong work ethic.
7) Ability to read architectural plans
8) Ability to climb ladders and go on roofs
Your Duties
a) Meet with homeowners to build rapport and learn about their concerns.
b) Conduct site inspections.
c) Create proposals and close sales.
d) Create trust and value when presenting options to homeowners.
e) Developing community relationships for referral and sales opportunities.
f) Execute the sales process from introduction of services, writing up estimates, to signing agreements in order to meet scheduling and job profitability goals.
Valid Driver's License, good driving record, and US work authorization is required
