Position Overview -
Fairbanks Insurance / Allstate in Sherwood is seeking a qualified professional to join us as an Agency Producer. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. This is a full time position in office to start with remote an options for those who can show us you can be successful.
Responsibilities -
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Compensation -
$45,000 - $60, 000 based on experience. That will translate to an hourly wage, with items commission, monthly office bonus, yearly bonus

Requirements -
You are in salesyou should have that experience as that is the job! Moving from a servicing background is also highly encouraged to apply.
Must be licensed.
Must be able to type, and know your way around a computer.
CRM experience.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
Self-motivated.
Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
Experience in marketing preferred.
