Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through generated leads, referrals, or networking
Schedule appointments and run meetings with potential clients
Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options
Assist clients with applications, underwriting requirements, and policy servicing
Stay current with industry regulations, product updates, and market trends
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualifications
Required:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Self-motivated with excellent time-management abilities
o High school diploma or equivalent
o An active life insurance license, or willingness to obtain a life insurance license (company support available)
Preferred:
o Previous experience in sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles
o Active life insurance license
o Experience in tele-sales or virtual sales
