We are looking for someone that has an eye for landscape design (decks, fences, patio covers primarily) and loves working 1:1 with customers and guiding them to a decision. This isn't your typical "Sales" role. We do not have a high pressure, one call close approach to our customers. We get our sales based on the brand that we have already built, and helping the customers with confidence.
Cascade Fence and Deck has grown rapidly and we now have a full service lumberyard and recently opened a 2nd location in Lacey. We plan to keep growing, but we need some good sales help to do so!
What it will look like:
-Our CSR will put 6-10 appointments on your schedule. They are pre screened and good leads.
-The 1st visit with the customer will give you an understanding of what they want and than you will get a design created for them. (either use our software or have one of our designers do the design for you)
-Than you will send the design and proposal to the customer and guide them to a decision.
Compensation:
-All employees are salary and you are paid based on how easy you make the crew and customers life. (we have about $60-100k budgeted for this role)
