Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations with qualified, pre-set leads (no cold calls).
Assess homeowner comfort needs and recommend the right HVAC solutions.
Present clear, professional proposals and financing options.
Close replacement sales with integrity and follow through with top-tier service.
Manage each sale from lead to install using Service Titan.
Collaborate with install and service departments for smooth project completion.
Compensation & Benefits
$120,000–$220,000 (Unlimited earning potential)

Qualifications
3+ years of proven success in residential HVAC sales.
Strong closing ability and customer relationship skills.
Solid understanding of HVAC systems, load calculations, and efficiency ratings.
Proficient with technology and CRM tools (Service Titan a plus).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and integrity.
