We are seeking a Sales & Project Management Specialist who brings expertise in this niche to drive our business forward.
Sales:
- Focus on selling our structural and miscellaneous steel services to commercial clients.
- Develop and nurture client relationships specifically within the commercial steel sector.
- Identify and pursue sales leads, pitch our steel package capabilities, and secure contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our commercial steel offerings visibility.
- Project Management:
- Manage commercial steel projects from initial design through to completion, ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, fabricators, and installation teams to execute complex steel projects.
- Monitor project milestones, manage resources, and adjust plans to stay on track.
-Client Interaction:
- Contact potential clients and provide them with information about our services.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients needing structural and misc steel solutions, ensuring their project needs are
understood and met with precision.
- Provide updates and gather feedback on steel project progress to maintain client satisfaction.
-Administrative Duties:
- Document and track sales related to steel projects.
- Prepare detailed project reports focusing on steel package outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in selling and managing structural and miscellaneous steel packages in the commercial sector.
- Experience in project management, with a focus on steel construction projects.
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication, erection, and industry standards.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in project management software, CAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications like PMP, AISC, or similar are highly advantageous.
