We’re seeking a motivated and personable Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our client base. This position focuses on outbound calling, lead follow-up, and appointment setting with potential clients. The ideal candidate is confident talking to new people, organized, and comfortable maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
Follow up on warm leads and inquiries.
Clearly communicate company services and value propositions.
Schedule appointments for sales or management team members.
Accurately document all interactions and lead details in the CRM.
Maintain a consistent calling schedule and meet weekly outreach goals.
Collaborate with team members to optimize call lists and outreach strategy.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-Time: 20 hrs weekly (flexible days and times)
In-Person: Prospecting via phone, email, and in person
Compensation: $18.50 hourly plus commission, reimbursed mileage
