What you’ll do: Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries. Partner with the sales and marketing team to identify verticals and market segments to prospect to, leveraging intent and website data to prioritize. Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a territory sales rep. Research target accounts, identify key contacts and develop multi-touch, multi-channel outbound campaigns to engage the buying committee. Build, write and measure engaging outbound email sequences. Schedule and attend qualified appointments, consultations and demos for the sales team. Diligently update Salesforce and Outreach, to stay current on leads and follow-ups. Summarize prospect feedback for the sales, marketing and product teams. You will need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience. Experience in sales development or direct sales in a SaaS based business. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener. Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day. Flexibility to adjust and change directions (we are in an emerging market). Experience using the following sales and marketing tools (or similar) including, Outreach, Salesforce, Linkedin and ZoomInfo. Even better if you have: Experience in the sUAS space. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, sUAS, or similar fields. Ability to learn the Skyward SaaS platform (web & mobile apps) at expert-level proficiency. Knowledge of small unmanned aircraft system operations, equipment and performance characteristics.
