We are looking for a high-performing sales representative with roofing, windows, and siding knowledge to help grow our sales team and maximize revenue. You will be responsible for having fun, closing deals, and making money. We are looking for candidates who want to join a team and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully building customer relationships and following the sales process.
Keeping up with new roofing, window, and siding innovations.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with homeowners.
Present sales presentation and cost-benefit analysis to homeowners interested in one of the product/services we offer.
Learn the sales process, acquire knowledge in financing, and apply what you've learned during sales appointments.
Generate leads for Big Bonuses
Close Deals, Make Money and Have Fun
Skills
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Effectively communicate with prospects, customers, and the management team.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Knowledge of roofing, windows, and/or siding.
Commission on all sales
