Your role as a door-to-door appointment setter will be crucial in our mission. You'll be the face of Direct Energy Solutions, engaging with homeowners in their communities to set up appointments for our established closers. Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales: Set high quality appointments with interested prospects for our team to close on your behalf.
Build Trust: Establish rapport and build trust with potential clients, guiding them through the initial sales process and addressing any concerns.
Stay Informed: Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.
Required Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well groomed, sharp, and motivated

Top-notch project management skills
Must be trainable and coachable with a drive to succeed
Willingness to work nights and weekends
Sales experience is preferred, but high aptitude candidates will be considered
