Blakeslee Vineyard Estate is a boutique, family-owned and operated winery located in Sherwood, OR. We specialize in all Estate grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines of superior quality and expressive personality. We are looking for 2 full time employees that are able to work 32-40 hours per 5 day week, as a Tasting Room Sales Associate. Previous tasting room and wine sales experience helpful, hospitality and customer service experience a must! We offer competitive pay, sales bonus opportunities and great job perks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
Effectively convey the BVE story, history, and wine information with confidence, passion and enthusiasm.
Create a memorable guest experience with a high level of customer service.
Present the benefits of the Wine Club membership.
Understanding and adhering to all tasting room policies.
Shifts:
Full-time positions
Wednesday - Sundays, and many Holidays, except Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Shift hours can vary between 9:30-5:00, 11:30-6:30, and so on depending on activities.
This is a year-round position.
What we require:
21 and over.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Have professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Own transportation.
