Our typical accounts are RV dealerships, hitch shops and welding shops.
Position Overview:
-Travel: Use Roadmaster’s factory vehicle to travel your designated territory. Must have a valid driver’s license.
-Compensation: Start with a flat salary that transitions to commission once your base salary is exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build and nurture relationships with dealers and businesses.
-Provide expertise and support to customers.
-Place and maintain store displays to showcase our products.
-Train dealer staff on our superior product line.
-Attend industry trade shows to promote Roadmaster and network with existing and potential customers.
Qualifications:
-Self-motivated. Able to work at home and in the field.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to keep commitments and follow through.
-A strong desire to service customers and be helpful.
-Previous experience in sales is a plus.
