Position Overview: As a Certified Arborist Estimator/Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You’ll leverage your expertise to assess tree health, provide accurate estimates, and build lasting relationships with clients. Your sales skills will help us expand our reach and provide exceptional service to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of trees and landscapes to determine health and maintenance needs.
Prepare and present accurate, detailed estimates for tree care services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
5 years minimum experience in the tree industry estimating
Certified Arborist credential (ISA or equivalent) required.
Proven experience in arboriculture, tree care sales, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of tree species, diseases, and proper care techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in estimating and sales processes.
