We are looking for a Data Analyst with SAP master data structures, and experience with data migration and transformation. A successful candidate must be able to analyze and document each master data element and determine its need and importance end to end.

Skills needed:
  • Ability to elicit requirements, pain points, and goals of the business community through interviews, facilitated sessions and written correspondence.
  • Experience working with business areas and other non-technical groups, translating requests into requirements.
  • Have the investigative mindset and/or techniques that can be used with any number of tools to explore the available data.
  • Ability to understand and translate the need of business units into effective data management solutions.
  • Experience in data validation and ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Some hands-on experience with basic reporting / visualization tools is preferred.
  • Background in Gas Utilities industry preferred.
  • Understanding and knowledge of IT standards and controls, IT Service Management [ITSM, ITIL] methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaboration, and facilitation.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information-technology, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, System analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • Project experience with large scale ERP implementations
  • Proficient in writing business requirements and functional design specs
  • Experience with SQL, data cleansing and performing QA on data Experience with SAP master data structures and tables.
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleansing and transforming techniques.
