The Role:
We are looking for an experienced dog groomer or bather to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
At least 2+ years of professional experience (all breeds, coat types)
Strong handling skills for a variety of sizes and temperaments, safe and confident in the grooming process
Excellent customer-communication skills (talking to pet-parents about grooming needs, results, scheduling)
Ability to work independently but also collaborate with our salon team
Reliable availability (we are seeking someone who can commit to at least 3 days/week)
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, tool maintenance and client satisfaction
