Whether you are a seasoned Licensed Massage Therapist with a personal business or recently graduated, Hand & Stone provides a flexible schedule to accommodate everyone. Our therapists schedules are filled 90-95% every week.
We take care of overhead costs and supplies, marketing, and building your book of business so you can focus on providing clients with as many massage services as you want. With the repeat clientele that our membership model provides, you'll get to see the long-term impact your services make for members.
Competitive Salary:
-Commission+ Average Tip per service: from $46 to $62
-SIGN IN BONUS: Up to $1,500
Schedules fully booked (average rate: 90-95%). Predictable and consistent paycheck.
Recent Graduates (in the last 12 months), know that you are eligible for a Tuition Reimbursement Program: UP TO $1,500.

Here's what we’re looking for as an LMT:
Massage Therapist License in the state of Oregon
Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
Treat clients in a professional caring manner
Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
Maintain detailed treatment records
Following cleaning and sanitizing standards
Work in a team environment
