We are a small but growing business (since 2010) wellness center with multiple practitioners in downtown Portland. Most of our clients come in for therapeutic massage and some for relaxation therapy. You must have knowledge of deep tissue modality, eastern modality is a plus, but not required. The owner has 16 years practical experience with Tuina, Cupping, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Massage and Reflexology and is willing to train the right person.
We are looking for a reliable, punctual, energetic professional part time massage therapist as our business continues to grow. All levels of experience encouraged to apply. Must be able to work weekend and some evenings, willing to grow with company.
Requirements:
Current Oregon LMT License
Current Liability Insurance
Great Customer Service Skills
Job duties:
Wash all the tools after using
Keep your work area neat and clean
Help with client scheduling and take payment when necessary
This is an Independent Contractor position. We provide clientele, hydraulic lift massage table in every room, linens, oil and Pay $30 - $35 per hour plus tips (DOE). Our therapists average earn $48-$55/hr plus tips.
