What We’re Looking For
Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon
Strong background in therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques
Familiarity with myofascial release, deep tissue, and sports massage
A desire be a part of our team
Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and support retention
Enthusiasm for working in a luxury, client-focused environment
Strong communication skills and collaborative, positive attitude
Open to ongoing education and willingness to learn new modalities
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly $75+
Paid No shows and late cancellations
Paid Spa Trainings
Paid continuing education once a year
Retail commission: 10%
Wholesale pricing: 40% discount for personal product purchase and use

Sick pay, up to 40 hours as it is accrued, to use for anything or given as a bonus at year end.

Spa reception team to make your appointments, check clients in and out, laundry, and help in any way.
