Compensation Structure:
$16.66 /hour + Commission + Tips
50-minute service: $40 commission + base wage + tips
80-minute service: $55 commission + base wage + tips
Add-on services: pay varies depending on services provided
Requirements:
Licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Washington prior to onboarding (or reciprocity license if coming from another state)
Proficiency in various massage techniques, will train in Body Treatments
Sports Massage and Prenatal Massage skills a plus
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to demonstrate consistent and efficient performance
Consistently maintain a clean and orderly treatment room in compliance with health and safety standards
Ability to apply product knowledge to enhance services (training provided)
CPR Certified (employer will provide renewal training)

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods ( up to 6-8 hours per day) and lift up to 20 pounds comfortably and repeatedly. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks associated with providing massage therapy, including applying pressure and maneuvering clients as needed.
