- 1+ year(s) of (professional) MindBody booking experience
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent typing skills, grammar and spelling
- A proactive nature
- Thorough and consistent communication skills
- A flexible schedule/willingness to cover shifts when needed
- A great sense of humor
- The ability to take feedback and build upon learning experiences
- Creativity and an excitement to bring new ideas to the table
- Strong multitasking skills and thrive in a fast-pace work environment with grace
- The ability to excel in a detail-oriented environment
- Enthusiasm for customer care
- An interest in cruelty-free skin care lines and environmentally friendly products
- Appreciation for massage and all-natural facial and nail care services
- Reliable transportation

Knowledge of Google Drive is a plus. Prior spa management experience is a huge plus!
