Our locally-owned Sport Clips store location at Clackamas on Sunnyside Road is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As the Manager, you’ll develop your team and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results through great customer service and brand delivery.

Join our growing and successful team! The Manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. You’ll be a part of our management team and will receive ongoing and unlimited support and training. You’ll also participate in our annual and regional meetings that are typically held in Nashville, Austin, or Las Vegas.
● Our Managers typically make +$40/hr including tips! With bonuses and a great team, you can make close to $100K.

Requirements:
● A valid Oregon cosmetology license. You will be on the floor cutting hair!
● Salon Management, 1 year (preferred) – if not, we will train you! You’ll be well-coached and never, ever feel like you don’t have support.
● Ability to work a flexible schedule
● Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
● Must possess an industry passion!
