What we're looking for:
● A licensed Oregon cosmetologist or barber (you’ll still be behind the chair!)
● Some leadership or salon management experience (1+ year preferred—but we’ll train the right person)
● Reliable, motivated, and passionate about the industry
● Great communicator with strong customer service instincts
● Able to work a flexible schedule, with respect for work-life balance
