Responds to, preforms, and supervises restoration projects as needed
Communicate efficiently with customers as well as PMs and coworkers
Responsibilities:
Carries Clean Trust or equivalent certification in WTR preferred
Performs water mitigation (removal) services
Performs microbial remediation services
Performs structural board-up and tarp emergency services and demolition
Performs content pack-in/outs and contents management services
Performs on-site cleaning of jobsites, pre- and post-construction
Completes required paperwork, to include emergency mitigation specification sheets, daily project summaries, moisture tracking logs, diagrams, work authorizations and content inventories
Uses specialized equipment knowledge (dehumidifiers, fans, air scrubbers, ozone machines, etc.)
Maintain company vehicle/do vehicle inspections and restock supplies as needed
Provides updates to the PC/Mitigation Supervisor as needed regarding job progress
Ability to wear respiratory protection in performance of abatement activities
Responds to emergencies (24/7) after hours when On-call
Assist in training new employees
Complete tasks within set budget and guidelines
Respond to the jobsite if needed
Provide excellent customer service
All other tasks as assigned
Must have a valid driver’s license, fairly clean driving record, ability to pass a criminal background check
