I’m an expert in homes and construction. I need someone who is an expert in this field. Provide me with a resume and references I can call. This could work well for someone who does this for a side hustle but you need to show me some credibility. Tell me what you’ve done, who you’ve helped and why I should hire you. You should also be your own entity, LLC, have a website, etc.
