We have an immediate part time opening for a maintenance helper. Pay depending upon experience. If you have Apartment maintenance experience that is a huge plus and hiring priority will be given to those who do.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Painting
Drywall repair and texturing
Cleaning up
Light finish carpentry
Making vacant units ready to rent
Changing locks
Basic plumbing
Blind installations
Keeping the shop clean and organized
Pressure washing
Some appliance diagnostics
Installing appliances
Hanging doors and mirrors
Cleaning exterior stairways
Changing electrical outlets and light switches
And many other various tasks
We need someone honest and dependable who can be given tasks daily and not need to be babysat. This can be a pretty physical job at times.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Part time work during the week. Schedule during the week is somewhat flexible.
