QUALIFICATIONS
Approximately 1 year of carpentry or remodeling experience.
Knowledge of basic carpentry materials, use of measuring tape, safe use of saws, drills, ladders, extension cords.
Must be organizationally minded, and can maintain a safe and orderly job site.
Must be able to keep accurate records and perform timekeeping, including electronic submittals.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
Must have basic selection of hand tools to perform the work (e.g. hammer, measuring tape, screw drivers, drill/impact driver, etc.
Open minded, seeking to learn new skills and hone existing ones.
Positive attitude, motivated to learn, work efficiently, and accurately. Your attitude towards learning, life, and work is more important than your starting skill set.
Able to ask questions, take direction, a high level of accuracy and pride in your craft.
Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
