Bullseye is seeking a full-time, day shift Glass Caster who will work in a foundry setting producing different colors and styles of art sheet glass. You’ll be part of an 8-person team that makes sheet glass used in the art and architecture market. That means you’ll help transfer molten glass from a furnace to a rolling mill, via a ladle, producing sheets your team will load into a giant cooling oven known as a lehr.
Preferred candidates will have experience in an industrial environment and/or restaurant experience as a cook. Previous foundry experience is a plus.
Must have:
Ability to lift, push, and pull 50-80 pounds
Attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
