We are currently seeking a motivated Assisted Construction Superintendent to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to for a career in construction management and to gain field experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Daily on-site management of construction activities.
-Manage subcontractors, vendors, and scheduling.
-Ensure safety protocols are met and in compliance with OSHA and L&I.
-Assist in resolving on-site issues such as material handling and quality control.
-Attend and conduct safety meetings and fill out safety logs.
-Pick up material from suppliers and deliver to jobsite when required.
-Drop off and pick up dump trailer, dump at dumpsite.
-Provide exceptional customer service.
-Minor labor work is required.
-Fieldwork experience preferred.
-Knowledge of siding, windows, framing, roofing, carpentry is a plus.
Qualifications:
-3+ years of construction experience (fieldwork preferred).
-Strong understanding of construction, safety, and terms (preferred).
-Excellent communication and organization. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once.
-Ability to understand construction plans and documents (preferred).
-Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
-English/Spanish speaker (preferred).
Pay:
$22-$25/Hour
