Automotive Technician – Level A (European Specialist)
with Shop Foreman Responsibilities High-End European Shop – Immediate Opening
We are a busy, independently owned, fully equipped European specialist workshop looking for a top-tier Level A Diagnostic Technician who is ready to step into a hybrid role: 80-90% wrenching on the best cars, 10-20% shop foreman/lead tech duties.
The Role
60% BMW (modern + classic)
30% Porsche (air-cooled, water-cooled, 992-era, GT cars)
10% Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Alfa Romeo + vintage European
Diagnose, repair, and perform complex jobs yourself
Oversee workflow, help mentor one junior tech, inspect finished work, liaise with owner on bigger projects (no babysitting, just keeping standards sky-high)
Pay & Benefits
Guaranteed $36 – $45 per hour (based on experience and diagnostic speed)

What We Need
True Level A / Master Tech skill set (scope, code, diagnose, repair – not parts-swapping)
Minimum 5–7 years focused European experience – heavy BMW + Porsche required
Proven leadership/foreman experience a big plus
Valid driver’s license & clean record
Your own quality hand tools (we supply every specialty tool, alignment rack, all factory scan tools, ADAS, etc.)
Professional attitude and pride in workmanship
