Design kitchens, baths, and custom cabinetry using 20/20 Design software (training provided)
Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and fellow designers to bring ideas to life
Manage projects from concept through installation, ensuring clarity and craftsmanship throughout
Create and maintain digital documentation, including blueprints, elevations, and cut sheets
Use cloud-based tools to share files and communicate with clients and installers
Apply your tech skills to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance client presentations
What You Bring
We’re looking for carpenters who are ready to apply their hands-on experience in a new way—and who are comfortable with technology:
5+ years of experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or related trades
Basic to intermediate computer skills, including:
o Navigating design software (20/20, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar)
o File management and cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
o Email, calendar, and digital communication tools
o Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for proposals and documentation
A sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
What We Offer
We reward your transition with support and benefits that reflect your value:
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission — your growth is rewarded
Paid holidays and vacation, life/disability insurance, optional healthcare
401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement
Monday–Friday schedule with occasional flexibility to work from home
A team culture rooted in craftsmanship, precision, and pride—with a modern edge
Why Make the Leap with Us?
If you’re dependable, take pride in your work, and want to evolve from building spaces to designing them, we’d love to help you make that transition. You’ll be surrounded by people who respect your background and support your growth.
