Seeking Experienced Cabinet / Millwork installer
Master Furniture Makers is a custom woodworking studio collaborating with interior designers and general contractors to bring projects to reality. We are grounded in traditional woodworking and leverage modern technology to produce high quality builds, on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee cabinet installation form start to finish
Collaborate with project managers to review installation plans and specifications
Mentor and train junior installers on best practices and safety
Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns during the installation process
Survey install sites to determine the best install methods
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in cabinet / millwork installation
Strong knowledge of cabinet installation techniques and materials
Excellent communications skills to effectively manage a team and interact with clients
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Experience with hand and power tools relevant to carpentry and cabinet installation
Strong problem-solving skills and attentions to detail
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites
Appropriate tools for onsite installation of Casework
Compensation:
$28 - $35 / hr
Healthcare stipend
6 paid holidays
2 weeks accrued PTO after 60 days
