Dry Rot Solutions & Construction is hiring a skilled carpenter for framing, siding, and dry-rot repair. Year-round work, Monday–Friday.
What you’ll do:
Framing, sheathing, and structural dry-rot repairs
Siding installs/replacements (fiber-cement, cedar, trim)
Window/door setting with housewrap (WRBs) & flashing integration
Fascia/soffit repairs, moisture-intrusion fixes, site safety & clean-up
What you’ll bring:
3+ years framing experience (preferred) and strong siding background
Dry-rot repair experience (or quick learner)
Knowledge of WRBs, flashing, and building-envelope details
Reliable transportation, tool bags, and hand tools (we provide power tools)
Professional, reliable, positive attitude; strong work ethic; follows directions
Able to lift 50+ lbs; comfortable on ladders/scaffolding in all weather
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Perks:
$25–$30/hr DOE
