We're looking for temporary help for several projects.
Demolition, Framing, Metal Siding and Roofing
Compensation: $30-$40 per hour, depending upon experience.
The Craftsman will specifically be responsible for the following:
Successfully read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Successfully prepare materials per specifications (size/mill)
Standard Framing Techniques
Required Skills:
Organized, hard-working, and self-starter
Ability to work alone and with a team
Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting (50-75lbs.)
Have great attention to detail, be focused, and accurate
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Work in an efficient, fast-paced environment – the craftsman will be working in the shop building projects and must meet strict deadlines.
Required Experience:
Framing/Carpentry (minimum of 5 years)
Metal siding experience is a plus
Required:
Read, write and speak English
Be able to lift 50-75lbs. and spend the entire 10 hour work day on your feet
Follow all safety rules
Positive attitude and willingness to ask, listen and learn
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
