We service in the Portland area.
We are looking for a hardworking Concrete finisher and knowing how to form curbs and gutters, must know how to read excavation- concrete elevations stakes.
Responsibility will be to form curbs, gutters, concrete slabs, how to execute all different concrete finishings and must know how to read Excavation- Concrete elevations stakes, blue- prints.
Qualifications
Experience with computer and tablet to access email, project plans and daily field reports.
Knowledgeable in the majority or all the following: civil/site construction, foundation and structural concrete construction.
Must demonstrate expanding knowledge of construction details about concrete-excavation construction.
Develops accurate and concise clarifications and assumptions with project management team’s assistance.
Obtains clarification on plans and specifications from architects and engineers when necessary.
Develops value management skills and learns how to implement cost savings methods.
Performs technical/plan review when required.
Considers and understands problems and identifies appropriate solutions.
Accurately assesses and plans work tasks
Constantly strives to improve individual capabilities, performance and expand knowledge of construction technologies and techniques.

Ability to work Monday through Friday
Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Valid Driver’s License
