Stellar J Corporation, a Merit Based General Contractor based out of Woodland, WA, is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman for a project Southwest Washington.
Residential/Commercial experience only will not qualify.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ Foreman experience on Heavy Civil construction projects.
Knowledge of all construction disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
Ability to read plans and specifications.
Plan and execute all work activities.
Knowledge of computer systems and programs (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
Lead and develop workforce.
Compliance with Safety policies and procedures.
Experience with project closeout and punch-list management.
