A well-established, Nationwide General Contractor, specializing in retail ground-up and tenant improvement construction projects, seeks a qualified, self-starting Project Superintendent for immediate opening in Portland, and future openings throughout the Western US. The successful candidate must have a positive, team-oriented attitude and be able to communicate effectively with the Project Manager, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors, while maintaining detailed records of activity. A minimum of Five (5) years retail construction experience as a field superintendent is required. Strong framing, sitework, reading and following plans experience is a plus.
