Contractors Wanted!!
We are looking for licensed and insured contractors to work with a detailed and professional residential redevelopment company focused in Portland, OR.
Our company, Heart to Heart Home Buyers, LLC, is part of a national network of investors that has been renovating homes for over 15 years. Our goal this year is to complete 6 renovations. You can get more information by emailing me, Project Manager, at Russelle@HearttoHeartHomeBuyers.com.
Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to travel as needed for jobs in and around the Portland Metro Area. We are looking for highly motivated and responsible adults. We would love to work with you on an ongoing basis if your performance is exceptional. If you have a lead certification please email that as well. After you have filled out the application, we will review it for the current renovation. If your skill set matches our needs in the current project, we will reach out to you with bidding instructions. If not, we will keep your information on file and contact you about bidding on any future projects we have.
License and insurance required, no exceptions.
We have a highly detailed system for each project to minimize communication confusion and we love to pay contractors quickly on a payment schedule when work per checkpoint is completed to proper standards.
