Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair stairlifts and mobility equipment
Meet with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized, life-changing solutions
Manage day-to-day operations, including project timelines, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with our investment team to grow the business and increase profitability
Who We’re Looking For
Certified and registered elevator mechanic in Washington or Oregon
Hands-on stairlift installation experience or experience in a related industry
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to become a business owner
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive as a partner
Excellent communicator, problem solver, and leader
