We are currently hiring for an Experienced Drywall Installer for both interior and exterior work within the Portland Metro/Vancouver area. This position will perform work on commercial buildings, residential homes, apartments and condos. Starting wage is $25 - $35 DOE.
Responsibilities:
Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
Hang / patch drywall and match textures.
Drywall installation and finishing.
Skilled with smooth wall class 5 finishers.
Priming drywall.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Drywall Installer.
Must know how to: hang, tape, mud, texture and paint.
Must have an insurable driving record and valid driver license.
Positive attitude, hard-working, and great attention to detail.
Willing to climb and work from ladders, scaffold, planks if required.
Safety conscious.
Knowledgeable of commercial and/or residential drywall finishing techniques.
Dependable, reliable and professional
