FenceWorks NW has an immediate position available for a hard-working individual with at least 2+ years PROFESSIONAL fence installation experience. We are NOT currently searching for Helpers or Apprentices.
We value quality over quantity and we are looking for the right individual to join our team.
Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Pay will depend on experience. Starting pay would be $25-30 per hour with room to grow.
Essential Functions:
· Able to lift 80 lbs on a daily basis.
· Perform other duties and/or tasks as requested or assigned.
· Reliable transportation to the shop
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
VARIED PROFESSIONAL FENCING EXPERIENCE: Chain Link, Wood, Vinyl, Ornamental, Farm & More.
Confident in your craft and ready to lead others.
Hard worker with a strong work ethic.
Good listening skills, able to follow direction.
Self-motivated and able to work in a team.
Professionalism & Customer Service Skills when communicating with our customers or neighbors.
Valid Driver's License. DMV Record must be within company guidelines.
